NOTICE: PUBLIC TEST OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT
As required by law, in compliance with PS 25-3031.14(a), the Fulton County Board of Elections will test the election equipment to be used at the Municipal Primary Election to be held on May 20, 2025. Testing will be done Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 9 AM, at 116 West Market Street, McConnellsburg, PA, Testing will determine that the equipment will accurately count the votes cast for all offices. at 116 West Market Street, McConnellsburg, PA, 17233. NOTICE:PRE-CANVASS/CANVASS
The pre-canvass and canvass of mail-in and absentee votes cast in the various election districts of the County of Fulton at the Municipal Primary Election on Tuesday May 20, 2025 will begin 7:00 a.m. and end 8:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Neighborhood Services Building located at 116 West Market Street, Suite 201, McConnellsburg, PA 17233.

2025 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION CALENDAR


May 5 Last day to REGISTER before the May election.
May 5 Last day to change party enrollment or non-partisan enrollment before the May Election.
May 13 Last day that official applications for civilian absentee ballots may be received by the county boards of elections, due at 5:00 PM.
May 13 Last day that official applications for mail-in ballots may be received by the county boards of elections. Counties must process all applications arriving before 5:00 PM.
May 20 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION: Polls shall remain open between the hours of 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
May 20 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION: All mail-in ballots must be received by the county boards of elections not later than 8:00 PM on this day to be counted.
May 20 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION: Pre-canvasing begins at 7:00 AM.
May 21 First day to register, change party, address, or make other changes to your voter registration after the election.
May 27 Last day to receive military and overseas ballots (Submitted for delivery NO later than November 4, 2024 at 11:59PM).
May 28 The Return Board shall continue the canvass through this day to canvass absentee ballots received from military and overseas electors (received no later than 5:00PM on May 27).
June 9 Last day for the county boards of elections to certify elections with the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
